ITCO Industries Unveils State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Unit 2 at Shoolagiri, Hosur
ITCO Industries is proud to announce the establishment of its new, state-of-the-art Manufacturing Unit 2 at Shoolagiri, Hosur, marking a significant milestone in our continued expansion and commitment to delivering world-class solutions for the optical fiber and energy cable industry.

The new facility is equipped with some of the most advanced production technologies in the industry, enabling ITCO to scale its capabilities and strengthen its product portfolio across reinforcement materials, water-blocking systems, coated yarns, and specialty compounds.

Cutting-Edge Infrastructure & Technology
Unit 2 features a full suite of high-performance machinery, including:

• High-speed precision UV pultrusion lines for manufacturing FRP and other reinforcement rods with exceptional tensile strength and dimensional accuracy.
• Latest laminating, coating, slitting, and spooling lines designed for producing premium-quality water-blocking tapes, nonwoven fabrics, and coated yarns.
• Advanced pulsating co-kneader compounding lines for developing specialty polymer compounds, including flame-retardant and LSZH formulations.

This world-class infrastructure allows us to deliver superior quality, high consistency, and manufacturing flexibility to meet the evolving needs of global cable manufacturers.

Commercial Production Commences
We are delighted to share that commercial production has officially started at Unit 2 in the following product categories:

• Water Blocking Tapes & Nonwoven Protective Materials
• FRP Reinforcement Rods

These products are now being manufactured at full scale, with stringent quality controls and a focus on high-speed, high-precision output.

Compounds Under Trial Production.
In addition, trial production has commenced for our Specialty Compounds, including insulation and flame-retardant materials. With our advanced co-kneader technology, we are preparing to launch a new generation of high-performance compounds for telecom and energy cable applications.
